Flu shots are by appointment only. Call 636-939-3362 to schedule.
A few things to remember:
- No walk-ins or same day add-ons are accepted. Each patient must be scheduled with a separate appointment. If you have other children who do not have scheduled visits, they will need an appointment to receive their flu vaccine.
- Flu shots are for Cloverleaf Pediatrics patients only.
- Flu shots require active, eligible insurance on the date of service. We will bill your insurance company, but you will be responsible for any portions that go to deductible, co-insurance or are considered non-covered.
